Casino Welcome Pack

These are the terms of participation in the "Welcome Pack" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Promotion consists of three stages, each linked to a corresponding deposit (the first, second, and third). The general terms set out below apply to all stages of the Promotion; the terms of each individual stage are described in the respective sections below.

General Terms

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.

2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.

3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.

4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.

5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.

6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.

7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.

8. For the purposes of this Promotion, Qualifying Deposits do not include funds received from transfers between players, as well as any funds received from promotional activities (whether our own or third-party promotions, if applicable), freerolls, and similar sources.

9. To participate in each stage of the Promotion, a player making a Qualifying Deposit must perform one of the following actions:

- enter the corresponding stage bonus code in the cashier,

- select the Promotion banner in the cashier,

- click the "Opt-in" button on the Promotion card on the Promo page of the Website.

If none of the above actions are performed, the deposit will not be considered a Qualifying Deposit under this Promotion.

10. For participation in each stage of the Promotion, the player receives Free Spins (the number is specified in the terms of the respective stage), which can be used in the following slot games: The Dog House, Release The Kraken, John Hunter and the Aztec Treasure. The value of one Free Spin is 0.20 USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency). Winnings from Free Spins will be credited as casino-points. The value of one casino-point is 1 (one) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency).

11. The wagering contribution of casino-points depends on the games and is calculated under the following conditions:

- Slots by Pragmatic Play: 100% of wagered bets count towards wagering requirements.

- Other games: wagering is not available.

The maximum bet with casino-points is 5 (five) USD (or the equivalent in another currency).

12. Note that bets are placed using the player’s real funds first, and only after these are exhausted will casino-points, subject to wagering, be used in this Promotion. Casino winnings earned by the player from real funds during the Promotion Period are credited to the casino-points balance, which is subject to wagering within the scope of this Promotion.

13. Once the wagering requirements of the Promotion are fulfilled, the casino-points balance will be converted into real money and credited to the player’s Account. The maximum winnings from this Promotion cannot exceed 10 times the amount of the received Bonus; any winnings exceeding this limit will be forfeited.

14. If, during the Promotion, a player withdraws funds or transfers funds to another player, this will result in the cancellation of the corresponding stage of the Promotion, and all Free Spins and casino-points within that stage will be forfeited regardless of wagering progress.

15. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time via the Promo page on the Website, resulting in the forfeiture of all Free Spins and casino-points regardless of wagering progress.

16. If the casino-points balance drops to 0.05 USD (or the equivalent in another currency), the corresponding stage of the Promotion will automatically end, and all Free Spins and casino-points within that stage will be forfeited regardless of wagering progress.

17. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive the Bonus under this Promotion. A player may receive only one Bonus per stage, and this rule applies to each IP address and/or device.

18. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.

19. In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, Bonus receipt, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.

20. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
